Nature of the fund

A self-managed, self-supervised fund for the employees of KLD Corporation.

Purpose of the Fund

By relying on their own and collective strength, adopt the way of mutual assistance and cooperation, to give financial assistance to employees who really have difficulties in life, help them overcome difficulties, and enable them to live and work normally; Through this way to promote love and dedication, enhance collective cohesion, so that every employee can feel the sense of belonging at home in KLD company; And eventually developed into a part of KLD's corporate culture.

According to the total amount of employee donations counted at the end of each month, the company gives donations in a ratio of 1:1.

The company advocates and encourages assisted employees to reciprocate the "KLD Love Giving Fund" to help other employees after the economic situation improves.
