Valve diameter
Valve diameter is the abbreviation of the nominal diameter of the valve, the nominal diameter is a convenient round number for reference, and the processing size is only not strictly related. Nominal diameter with the letter "DN" followed by a number mark, the following number unit is mm (mm), the valve diameter is the main parameter to determine the fluid flux, so the customer must first confirm the parameter. It should be noted that the nominal diameter of many valves may be very different from the actual diameter of the spool, if the user is very strict with this parameter, should confirm whether the spool diameter meets the requirements or explain the requirements to the sales staff.
2. Medium parameters
Fluid medium is very important to choose the material and sealing material of the valve, and the wrong selection will not only affect the performance and life of the electric valve, but also may pollute the medium. 3. Ambient temperature
As electrical equipment, the electric actuator has a large number of electronic components inside, and the transmission mechanism has lubricating grease, so the working environment temperature of the electric actuator should be -20 ° C to 45 ° C.
4. Environmental humidity

6. Selection of valve type
When the electric ball valve and the electric butterfly valve can meet the valve diameter and use requirements, which one is more suitable for you? Ball valves and butterfly valves differ in the following aspects:
1, the use of pressure: general ball valve pressure choice more than the butterfly valve, such as: KLD ball valve pressure 1.0, 1.6, 2.5, 4.0, 6.4MPa optional, and butterfly valve only 1.0, 1.6MPa optional.
2, medium requirements: due to the different sealing structures of ball valves and butterfly valves, the media with impurities is more suitable for the use of butterfly valves.
3, valve torque: under the same diameter conditions, the valve torque is much larger than the butterfly valve, especially the difference between the big diameter valves will be larger, so under the same diameter conditions, the electric ball valve will be more expensive than the electric butterfly valve, or even a lot more expensive. However, the torque of the ball valve is generally not affected by the installation, and the butterfly valve (on the butterfly valve) is greatly affected by the installation technology, improper installation may affect the service life, or even can not be used normally, and the choice of flanged butterfly valve can avoid this problem, although the price is slightly more expensive, but for some users with insufficient engineering experience is a better choice.
